How does the sizing on your suits run?

Because our bikinis are designed for water activities and being active, they usually adapt to all bodys very well.  Some customers have found that our bikinis fit more snugly than what they typically wear. If you are unsure about your size or if you are on the border of two sizes we recommend sizing up.

For the PANTYTOPS, they are unique size and they can be adjusted as tops to a lot of sizes pulling up and down the wood beads on them.

How much does it cost to ship to my country outside of the United States and how long does it take?

Shipping to international addresses costs a flat rate of $25.

What's your Return Policy?

To initiate a return, please send us and email with a photo of the defect in your order and the order number.

After receiving approval for your return, based on the original purchase date and the date of your request, you will be given the option to return your purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, as per the guidelines below.

We accept returns for refund on all items received in new condition (excluding sale items) with tags and hygienic liners in place within 15 days of the original purchase date. Returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date are eligible for exchange and store credit only. Sale items and orders beyond 30 days of the original purchase date are non-returnable.

Please package your suit securely and send it back to the provided address, along with your original receipt. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

When returning your suit, please note the following:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customer pays for return shipping on refunds and exchanges.
  • Outbound shipping on exchanges is free of charge.
  • Refunds are issued in the form or original payment (minus original shipping).
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original condition for resale (absolutely no wear), unless defective.
  • All suits must be returned with tags attached and hygienic liners in place.
  • The original purchase receipt must be included.
  • All sales are final on sale items.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Loss or Damage

Please note that Volt Surfwear is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.

Additionally, Volt Surfwear is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
