Refund and Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please send us and email with a photo of the defect in your order and the order number.
After receiving approval for your return, based on the original purchase date and the date of your request, you will be given the option to exchange or for store credit.
We accept returns for refund on all items received in new condition (excluding sale items) with tags within 7 days after you receive your package. Orders beyond 15 days of the original purchase date are non-returnable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When returning your suit, please note the following:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customer pays for return shipping on refunds and exchanges.
- Refunds are issued in the form or original payment (minus original shipping and card taxes).
- All merchandise must be returned in the original condition for resale (absolutely no wear), unless defective.
- The original purchase receipt must be included.
- All sales are final on sale items.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
Loss or Damage
Please note that Volt Surfwear is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.
Additionally, Volt Surfwear is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
