At VOLT Surfwear, we take special care to ensure the quality of our products and every order we ship. Below, we outline our returns and refunds policy.

Mexico

We accept returns or exchanges only for manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong product.
You must contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs associated with the return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

International Orders

Due to high international shipping costs and the fact that we are an independent brand, all international sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors (wrong product).

If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, please email us at voltsurfwear@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of delivery, including:

Order number
Clear photos of the product
Description of the problem

Our team will review your case and offer a solution (replacement or refund, as appropriate).

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed error or defect.
